Frequently asked questions

1、Will it look like the person or pet in my photo?

Yes. Each figurine is custom-made based on your photos, capturing facial features, expressions, and key details. Our artists carefully sculpt every piece to closely resemble the person or pet you love.

2、Can I review the design before production?

Yes. We will share the 3D model with you for confirmation before production. You can request adjustments to make sure everything looks just right before we move forward.

3、What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

We carefully follow your approved design during production. If there is any issue caused by our mistake, we will revise or remake it to ensure it meets the agreed result.

4、How accurate are the details?

We focus on capturing key details such as facial structure, expressions, hairstyle, clothing, and pet characteristics. While each piece is handcrafted, we aim for a highly detailed and recognizable result.

5、How long does the full process take?

The full process usually takes 2–4 weeks, including 3D modeling, printing, hand painting, and quality checking. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

6、Do you offer free revisions?

Yes, we do support revisions, but not unlimited changes at any stage. We divide the revision process into three phases:Stage 1: 3D modeling (maximum flexibility)
At this stage, major adjustments such as facial proportions, structure, and pose can be made freely before printing begins. This is the most efficient and cost-effective stage for changes.Stage 2: Printed grey model & hand refinement (limited adjustments)
Once the physical model is produced, only partial modifications are possible, such as facial fine-tuning, hairstyle adjustments, or minor pose corrections. Major structural changes become restricted.Stage 3: After painting (minor fixes only)
At this stage, only small corrections like touch-ups or minor color fixes are supported. Full redesign is not possible without rework. All revisions are confirmed step by step to ensure the final result stays consistent with the original identity.

In short:
Revisions are allowed, but the earlier they happen, the more freedom you have.

7、How durable is it?

Our custom figurines are not easily damaged under normal use, but they are also not indestructible. They are made from high-density resin, which allows for fine detail and a realistic sculpted texture while maintaining good structural strength. When displayed in a cabinet or on a desk, they remain stable and durable under normal conditions. To improve durability, we also reinforce key areas:

  • Fragile parts like hands and feet are structurally strengthened
  • Stable base design to prevent tipping
  • Multi-layer protective packaging with shock-absorbing materials for shipping

However, it is important to be honest: If the figurine is dropped from a height, heavily compressed, or handled roughly (e.g., by children), damage can still occur, as it is a delicate handcrafted art piece rather than a mass-produced toy.

In short:
It is safe for normal display, but not designed for physics experiments.

8、What photos work best?

Photo quality directly determines the final likeness, so we have some basic requirements — nothing complicated, just practical reference standards. We need clear, natural, multi-angle photos:1)Good clarity
Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, or over-beautified selfies. If facial features are unclear, the modeler has to “guess,” which increases inaccuracy. 2)At least 3 angles
We recommend front view, side view (either left or right), and a half-body or full-body photo. This helps accurately reconstruct facial structure and proportions.3)Natural expressions preferred
Daily, relaxed expressions work best. Extreme or exaggerated facial expressions are only recommended if that is exactly what you want to replicate. 4)Clear clothing details (if important)
If you want a specific outfit reproduced, the clothing should be clearly visible in the photo so textures, colors, and design details can be accurately recreated. 5)Avoid blocking key features
Photos where the face is covered by hair or sunglasses make accurate modeling difficult.

In short:
The more natural and simple your photos are, the more accurate and lifelike your figurine will be.

9、What is your after-sales policy?

Because each figurine is fully custom-made based on customer confirmation, our after-sales policy is structured and transparent.

1、Production issues (covered by us)

If the final product does not match the confirmed design due to our error (such as incorrect facial features or model mistakes), we will offer free revision, repair, or remaking.

2、Shipping damage (fully covered)

If the product is damaged during shipping, we will provide replacement or repair upon valid unboxing evidence.

3、Personal preference changes (not covered)

As each piece is custom-made and confirmed before production, we do not accept returns or refunds due to changes in personal preference after production begins.

4、Color fading guarantee

We offer free restoration for any noticeable color fading within 5 years.

5、Final confirmation before shipping

Before dispatch, we will provide final photos or videos of the completed figurine to ensure everything is correct.

Summary

We take full responsibility for production and shipping issues, but once the design is confirmed and production begins, personal preference changes are not eligible for return or refund.

10、Can you create figurines of pets that have passed away?

Yes, we do create memorial figurines for pets that have passed away, and this is actually one of the most meaningful types of custom work we offer.Based on the photos provided, we carefully recreate the pet’s physical features and expression — including fur texture, eye detail, body proportions, and overall appearance — to reflect how they looked in real life. It’s important to note that these pieces are designed as memorial keepsakes, not toys or commercial models. The focus is on creating a gentle, realistic, and emotionally respectful representation. For best results, we recommend providing:

  • Clear front-facing photos (preferably natural expressions)
  • Multi-angle photos if available
  • Reference images of common poses or habits (sitting, lying down, etc.)

In short:
We’re not just recreating a pet — we’re preserving a memory.

11、What is the difference between your sculptures and full-color 3D printing?

Standard color 3D printing usually has lower accuracy and relies heavily on AI modeling and automated color printing, which often leads to poor detail and the “uncanny valley” effect.

Our sculptures involve extensive human craftsmanship throughout the entire process. From manual 3D modeling adjustments to careful hand painting by artists, every piece is refined with great detail. You can truly consider it a piece of art, not just a printed object.

12、What does the full production process look like?

Our custom figurine production is a handcrafted, detail-oriented process that combines digital technology with traditional artistry. It generally includes the following steps:First, photo review and design confirmation. After receiving your photos, we evaluate whether they are suitable for production and confirm key details such as pose, clothing, and customization requirements to avoid any deviation later.Next is the 3D modeling stage. Designers create a digital sculpture based on the photos, carefully reconstructing facial proportions, body structure, and pose. This is the core step that determines likeness. Then we move to 3D printing the base model, turning the digital file into a physical prototype for further refinement. After that comes hand sculpting and fine detailing, where artisans manually refine facial expressions and structural details to make the figurine feel more lifelike rather than “digitally perfect.”This is followed by painting and coloring, using layered hand-painting techniques to recreate skin tones, eye details, and fabric textures. This stage has the biggest impact on realism. Finally, we conduct quality inspection, photo confirmation, and secure packaging before global shipping.Because each piece is individually handcrafted rather than mass-produced, the full process takes time but ensures a highly personalized result.
