After your deposit, we'll email you within 1 business day with simple instructions for sending your pet's photos.
Will the figurine look like my pet?
Each figurine is custom-made from your photos. Our artists carefully recreate your pet's unique features, expression, and coloring.
Can I review and request changes to my 3D sculpt?
Yes! You'll review your 3D sculpt before production begins. We can discuss reasonable adjustments during the design stage to help capture your pet's likeness.
How long does the full process take?
Please allow approximately 40–60 days during busy seasons, including production and international shipping. Timing may vary depending on your design and destination.

Yes! We ship to the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, and many other countries. Contact us if you'd like to confirm delivery to your location.
What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your figurine arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage. We'll help resolve the issue under our shipping damage protection policy.
Can I cancel my order and get my deposit back?
Yes. Before 3D sculpting begins, you can cancel and receive a refund of your deposit, minus non-refundable payment processing fees. Once 3D sculpting has started, the deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Is the remaining balance refundable?
Once your figurine has been fully hand-painted, the remaining balance is non-refundable. If you request cancellation earlier, please contact us. We'll review your request based on the production stage and work completed. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws still apply.
