Welcome to our custom figurine service. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of Service

We provide a fully custom handcrafted figurine service, including but not limited to:

• 3D modeling based on customer photos
• Handcrafting and painting
• Personalized design adjustments

Each piece is individually made and is not a mass-produced product.

2. Order Confirmation

Customers are required to provide clear reference photos and necessary information.

Before production begins, we will confirm the design details with the customer. Once the design is confirmed, production will begin and the approved design will be considered final.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that custom products are created based on the provided references and approved design direction.

3. Custom Product Nature

All products are made-to-order custom items with unique artistic and handcrafted characteristics.

Therefore:

• Standard retail return policies do not apply
• Products cannot be resold as standard inventory items
• Minor artistic variations are considered part of the handmade process

Because every piece is personalized, refunds or returns based solely on subjective preference are generally not accepted once production has started.

4. Revisions & Communication

Limited revisions may be available depending on the production stage:

• Design stage: major changes may be allowed
• Production stage: only minor adjustments may be possible
• Completed stage: only minor repairs or touch-ups may be supported

All revision requests must remain within a reasonable scope to maintain production quality and delivery timelines.

Excessive or repeated modification requests beyond the original agreed scope may result in additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and usable information, including:

• Clear and usable reference photos
• Accurate subject details
• Correct shipping information

We are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or low-quality reference materials provided by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing and approving design previews carefully before production proceeds.

6. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided photos and materials are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

The customer confirms that they have the right to use and submit any photos, images, or reference materials provided to us.

We reserve the right to display completed works for portfolio, promotional, marketing, or showcase purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before production begins.

7. Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products:

• Minor artistic variations may occur
• Exact pixel-level replication is not guaranteed
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and hand-painting processes
• Subjective dissatisfaction based on personal expectations is not considered a manufacturing defect

Our figurines are artistic interpretations based on the provided references and should not be interpreted as exact industrial reproductions.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• International shipping carriers
• Customs inspections or clearance procedures
• Local import regulations
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations in their destination country where applicable.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

9. Service Interruption & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War or political instability
• International shipping restrictions
• Customs or regulatory actions
• Labor shortages or supply chain disruptions
• Internet or system failures

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and assist customers where possible.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any order placed through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
